MISSION

We are looking for a UK-based Sr Manager+ level individual to sustain and continue building upon our growth in the United Kingdom & Ireland. We aim to significantly increase our revenue in the UK, building on the foundation established by our French team in the world's second-largest private equity market.

Reporting to the Managing Director UK, you will focus on developing POTLOC's UK-based customer portfolio, with an emphasis on either the Private Equity or the Consulting market depending on your experience. Your role will involve managing and expanding client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and contribute to achieving the company's revenue targets.

• Territories targeted: The United Kingdom and Ireland

• Industries targeted: Consulting & Investment funds

• Interlocutors: C-Level

• Accounts Types: Consulting, Private Equity (Growth & Buyout) and Hedge Funds

• Revenue Types: Hunting Farming, Repeat Business, Cross-Selling, and Upselling

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with private equity clients and prospects, delivering tailored solutions.

• Drive Growth: Identify and pursue global opportunities in private equity to expand accounts and win new business. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company's value proposition, negotiate terms, and close deals while addressing client concerns effectively.

• Manage the Sales Cycle: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private equity sector, targeting both existing accounts and new logos globally. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales Engineers, Supply, etc.) to align on client objectives and deliver exceptional solutions.

• Manage customer activity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. We use HubSpot.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5-8+ years of work experience, ideally within a fast growing company active in the data, survey industry or financial services sector (e.g. Expert Networks)

• Strong understanding of and experience selling into the Private Equity and/or Consulting Industry mandatory

• Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven track record of converting net new business and exceeding commercial targets

• Strong organisationtal skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Analytical, adept at quickly defining, aligning, and scaling data modeling & ability to act as thought partner to our client base

• Additional languages beneficial

• Must be able to be in London at least 2 days per week
