Job Description:

The Residential Concierge is a frontline representative of the property, responsible for supporting residents with day-to-day needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive living environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for hospitality and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
Assist new residents with move-in processes and orientation
Communicate building policies, amenity details, and general resident information
Handle inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Use property management software and internal tools to track and resolve requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless resident experience
Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby/front desk area
Listen empathetically and provide helpful, solution-based responses to resident concerns

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property systems a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Friendly, helpful attitude and a commitment to professionalism
Flexible and team-oriented mindset

Additional Details:

Full-time, onsite role in New York, NY
Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement
Monday–Friday schedule, with some weekend flexibility preferred
