LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company headquartered in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a Controller position. This high-impact role is ideal for an accounting professional who excels in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making, while also leading special projects and acquisition-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Lead the annual financial audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
Optimize and streamline financial reporting processes.
Support acquisition activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
Drive special projects related to financial modeling, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in financial services
Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit preparation.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
