LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a VP of Finance for a leading and stable organization in the Triad area of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be innovative, hands-on, and driven by process improvement with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. This role offers a flexible work environment and the opportunity to truly make an impact and a solid and growing organization.

VP Finance duties will include the following:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's objectives.

Lead and implement short and long term strategic plans

Lead monthly and annual operating budgets

Conduct risk management assessments throughout finance and accounting

Work cross-functionally with all departments to identify cost savings initiatives and drive efficiencies for continued growth

Lead system implementations and upgrades for technology systems

Provide strategic recommendations on major contract negotiations and business expenditures

Manage a team of 7-9 in accounting, fostering growth, collaboration, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to present and communicate complex financial information

Proven experience with system enhancements

Pay Details: $165,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
