Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Capital Markets – Heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs
Strong Understanding of risk concepts
Data Analysis and governance – Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate
Business Analyst Skills – Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories
Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies – (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM)
Ability to write Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)
Tableau and/or Dremio experience
Python – prototyping analysis/ development skills
SQL – Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs
JIRA/ Confluence
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong Communication skills
Self-starter
White glove service provider
Ability to take feedback and open to training

What You Will Be Doing

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions.
Strategically engage with client personnel.
