We go beyond offering products at the right price by building strong customer relationships and supporting local initiatives, such as recycling fat for fish and chips shops or assisting new businesses.

Leading your team to perform at their best, supporting managers, driving sales, and taking responsibility for store operations. Your background could be in retail, wholesale, or managing your own business like a restaurant or pub. You should be commercially-minded, proactive, and focused on offering excellent service and value. Your first priority will be ensuring the store is health-safe and compliant with legal standards, then using your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction, which in turn will grow profits and strengthen your store's success.
You will need
Experience in the food sector and the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong management skills to develop teams, with a disciplined, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking approach.
