Client Overview:

Our client is a globally recognized accessories company known for its precision, craftsmanship, and iconic design. They are looking to add a Temp Operations Specialist to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Temporary Operations Specialist to support daily store operations and administrative tasks at our client's Miami office. This is a 2 - 3-month onsite role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift daily.

Responsibilities of the Temp Operations Specialist:

Assist with processing and tracking purchase orders.
Manage in-store supplies, including stationery and flower orders.
Provide hands-on support for store-level operational needs.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adapt to shifting priorities based on team and store requirements.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temp Operations Specialist:

2 - 3 years of experience in a corporate administrative, operations, or retail role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temp Operations Specialist:

Experience working in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
Familiarity with procurement or inventory systems.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
