Marketing Manager (Proposals)
Location: Hickory, NC or Raleigh, NC (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
Duration: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Salary Range: up to $105,000 a year/ DOE
Our client in the A/E/C space, is looking for a well-rounded full-time Marketing Manager (Proposals) to join their team. This role will require working 3 days onsite at their office location in Hickory, NC or in Raleigh, NC.
This role will be 90% proposal creation, management, and execution.Marketing Manager (Proposals) Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal process for the firm.
- Work cross-functionally with other marketing team members and engineers to deliver roughly 200 proposals a year.
- Work off of already created templates with Adobe Creative Suite and deliver new proposal templates throughout the year.
- Manage photography shoots/ coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Create content, write, edit, and QA proposals before they are sent out.
- Ensure that delivery and proposal management are organized and detail-oriented.
- Manage 2-3 marketing team members (performance, reviews, day-to-day management, and more.)
- Make clear the firm's point of view throughout the proposal process and make sure that it stays within brand guidelines and systems.
- Create and deliver other content for the firm's website, social media, and communications.
- Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to not miss RFI and RFP selections.
- Interview SME's and firm members in order to deliver correct content within proposals.
- Help improve upon the proposal process and how they are delivered.
Marketing Manager (Proposals) Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience working within the A/E/C proposal and marketing space.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and experience working with WordPress and social media publishing.
- Samples or portfolio of previous design and writing work.
