Profile Summary

• Strong interest in the investment sector, with a proactive approach to personal and professional development

• Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in team-oriented environments

• Detail-focused with excellent time management and task prioritization under pressure

• Confident communicator across all levels, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with presentation software tools such as Qvidian (or similar) is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Skills & Experience

• Solid technical understanding of a range of investment products across multiple jurisdictions

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, delivering client-focused outcomes

• Comfortable handling both internal and external presentation requirements with a service-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit high-quality presentations on investment products and strategies using presentation libraries

• Maintain and update content systems (e.g., slide libraries) to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Ensure materials adhere to internal review processes and regulatory standards

• Assist with presentation needs for meetings, events, and client visits

• Provide support to marketing and sales teams for roadshows and campaigns

• Foster effective working relationships with internal teams

• Opportunity to contribute to broader team initiatives as needed
