We're supporting our client in hiring a hands-on SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant for a high-impact digital transformation programme. This role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the client's Preston site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules end-to-end.
- Lead or support workshops to gather requirements and deliver solution designs.
- Advise clients on best practices and innovations across the SuccessFactors roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT in complex organisations.
- Integrate Compensation & Variable Pay with other SAP SF modules.
- Support global roll outs and localisation efforts across multiple geographies.
Required Experience:
- Proven hands-on configuration skills in SF Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay is essential.
- Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
- Exposure to global SuccessFactors programmes is a plus.
