Job Title: Technical Project Co-coordinator
Location: Staffordshire (on-site, not accessible by public transport)
Rate: £140 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Contract Type: Contract
Working Pattern: Full time on-site

Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Technical Project Co-coordinator to support the delivery of infrastructure projects at a key site in Staffordshire. This role is critical in ensuring that engineers are fully equipped and supported for technical installations and upgrades, with responsibility for coordinating hardware logistics and maintaining accurate records - all within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule the delivery, collection, and provision of IT equipment for engineers
Liaise directly with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and plan accordingly
Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for inventory, scheduling, and project progress
Ensure timely availability and correct configuration of hardware and other technical equipment
Act as a central point of contact between engineers, project leads, and logistics providers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment delivery, scheduling, or availability
Support day-to-day operational planning and contribute to smooth project execution

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong Excel skills - able to manage trackers, schedules, and basic reporting
Previous experience in technical coordination, field engineering support, or IT logistics
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-moving technical environment and prioritise effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Additional Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential - the site is not accessible via public transport
Must be able to work on-site five days a week in Staffordshire
