- Workday Engineers – with 5–6+ years of configuration and technical experience
- Product Owners / Product Specialists – with a focus on integration and product lifecycle
- Project Managers – to oversee delivery, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment
What You'll Do:
- Lead or support the technical configuration of Workday (especially Time Management & Payroll)
- Act as the bridge between HR and IT teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions
- Contribute to shaping the Workday roadmap, identifying future needs and planning team resourcing
- Support product integration efforts with other tools and platforms (e.g., Workforce)
Who You Are:
- Senior - with Workday (5+ years) either as a specilist, or Project manager or Product iwner
- A seasoned professional in Workday or related HRIS platforms (Workday, Workforce, etc.)
- Experienced in HR processes and systems (industry agnostic)
- A strong communicator, confident working across departments and cultures
- Technically skilled, but able to align your work with business goals
- Open to sharing knowledge and collaborating in a growing, dynamic team
