Client Overview:

Our client is a dynamic and innovative apparel company with a focus on children’s design and high-quality products, we create stylish and performance-driven clothing that resonates with today’s active lifestyle. Our team is passionate about blending fashion with function, and we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of children’s design in a fast-paced and creative environment. Their team is now looking for a Freelance Kid's Wear Print and Graphic Designer.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr - $38/hr

Position Overview:

The Freelance Kid's Wear Print and Graphic Designer must be talented and creating to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating engaging prints/graphics for a range of boy’s/girl’s apparel knits, woven’s, layette’s and more. This role is fully in-office, and the candidate must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Freelance Kid's Wear Print and Graphic Designer:

Develop and design original prints, graphics for boy’s, & girl’s apparel.
Utilize strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Design prints, repeats, create graphics for layettes, sets, and additional children’s apparel product.
Apply prints/graphics to various apparel items, determining placement and scale to enhance product appeal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with brand vision and market trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Kid's Wear Print and Graphic Designer:

Proven experience in prints for girl’s, and boy’s design, preferably in apparel or fashion.
Must have 4 years plus of experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Freelance Kid's Wear Print and Graphic Designer:

Strong creative skills with the ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating graphics for men's/women’s sports fashion.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
