HRIS Manager

We're working with a leading international retailer to find an experienced HRIS Manager to join their team in Zwaagdijk. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering the opportunity to lead and evolve a well-established HR systems landscape across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos UKG Pro, along with a solid background in managing HRIS platforms in complex environments. International experience is highly valued, as the role involves working closely with global HR and IT teams to ensure systems are aligned, efficient, and future-ready.

Key requirements:

Proven experience managing HRIS systems, ideally in a retail or fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors and UKG Pro (Kronos).
Strong project leadership skills, including system upgrades and integrations.
Confident working with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
Comfortable navigating international HR landscapes.
