Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor delivery of Technical Facility and General Services to meet site requirements and contractual KPIs.
- Manage change control processes and supplier performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews aligned with Airbus FM&RE standards.
- Lead UK tenders, site integrations, and budgeting activities-collaborating with site teams, finance, and SCM stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise, ensuring timely reporting, contract performance, and continuous operational improvement.
Requirement
- Proven expertise in supplier contract management and facilities operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in representing the organization during supplier reviews, leveraging performance KPIs and change control governance while engaging key stakeholders.
- Experience managing facilities and assets, including enterprise-level asset planning.
