On behalf of IBCA , we are looking for a Business Analyst Inside IR35 for a 3 months contract based Remotely with occasional travel to Newcastle

As a Business Analyst , your main responsibilities will be to:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and SMEs to align solutions with business goals.
Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and lead UAT and training sessions.
Create process flows, use cases, and maintain functional specs; provide application support and issue resolution.
Assist in managing change and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Essential:

Experience with business applications such as CRM, ERP, HR Payroll, Invoices, PO or other enterprise software.
Experience in working in a complex delivery environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement

Desirable:

Experience in business readiness
Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting frameworks.
