Employment type: 1 year contract (renewable) Job Summary The Accounting Assistant I provides timely support to the Finance Department in discharging project and task related duties as required to achieve the departments monthly and yearly targets. The Accounting Assistant I undertakes activities as required, maintains the Company’s Fixed Asset Registers, and performs Bank Reconciliations. Job Responsibilities Supporting role to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management of Fixed Asset Register, inclusive of Asset Verification and tagging of new assets Monthly Bank Reconciliations Fleet Card Administration Coordinate external storage of company files Perform any other finance related duties as assigned Assist the Accounts Supervisor when necessary Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time File and general upkeeping of documents Job Requirements ACCA level 1 or FIA completion 3+ years accounting experience. Experience in Management of Fixed Asset Excellent communication and organization skills. Experienced user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Sage Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good time management, organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet sensitive deadlines Produces results.
