Addison Group is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to find a proactive and organized Office/Facilities Coordinator. This long-term contract opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate office environment and enjoys being the go-to person for workplace operations and coordination.

Job Description:

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations, maintaining a well-organized work environment, and providing administrative and logistical support to staff. This person will work independently onsite in Dallas, reporting to a remote Facilities Manager and collaborating closely with regional team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate scheduling and reservations for conference rooms and meeting spaces
Monitor and manage office supply inventory; reorder as needed
Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for use
Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Communicate effectively with remote leadership and provide updates on facilities-related matters

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a facilities, workplace, or office coordination role
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
