Growth Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Culver City, CA
Duration: 12 months with the potential to extend
Pay: ~44/hr, DOE

The Planet Groupis looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City, CA, working onsite Tuesday-Thursday. This role will focus on executing on-device and email campaigns that fuel growth through innovative marketing strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Growth Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Support engagement and retention marketing through coordination of campaign briefs and requirements across email and in-app messaging
Manage timelines and workflows, keeping all stakeholders informed and on schedule through regular email updates and status meetings
Build and maintain campaign trackers and presentations for internal reporting and optimization
Coordinate creative asset management, submitting asset requests and proactively tracking deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Communicate quickly with multiple partners should adjustments to creative or overall program need to be made

Growth Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
3-5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing, including strong hands-on work with email and in-app messaging campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a history of executing successful, multi-channel campaigns
Strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment and pop culture, able to bring fresh ideas to traditional and emerging marketing channels
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust, aligning expectations, and navigating a matrixed environment to move initiatives forward.
Self-starter, multi-tasker
Ability to anticipate needs of the team and take initiative
Extraordinary writing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills
Well versed in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Word, Excel
