Senior AI Hardware Architect – ML Accelerators | Next-Gen Edge & Cloud AI Systems Location: Remote (EU Passport required)
Type: Full-Time | Contract
Domain: AI Hardware • ASIC/SoC Design • ML Acceleration • Edge AI
About Us We’re partnering with a cutting-edge AI research and product team that’s building the next generation of
custom silicon and systems for AI workloads — powering real-time intelligence across
edge devices,
games/simulations, and
cloud AI platforms.
We’re hiring a
Senior AI Hardware Architect to lead the design and optimization of ML accelerators, pushing the limits of performance, power, and flexibility.
What You'll Do- Architect and design AI-specific chips (ASIC/SoC) optimized for deep learning workloads (training + inference)
- Drive hardware-software co-design strategies to improve latency, throughput, and energy efficiency
- Work across teams (hardware, compiler, software, research) to define hardware requirements for LLMs, RL agents, or multi-modal models
- Lead architecture decisions for edge AI, low-power devices, and/or real-time simulation
- Mentor and grow a technical team in AI hardware innovation
What We're Looking For- 8+ years in chip design, hardware architecture, or ML hardware systems
- Deep experience with AI/ML accelerators, ASIC/FPGA design, or SoC-level architecture
- Solid understanding of DL model execution (e.g., transformers, CNNs, LSTMs) and how to optimize them on silicon
- Experience with compiler/hardware stacks (e.g., TVM, MLIR, Vitis AI, CUDA, OpenCL, Verilog, RTL)
- Proven ability to lead architecture or technical roadmaps
- Background in edge AI, AR/VR hardware, robotics, or gaming/simulation
- Publications or patents in AI hardware or co-design
