Job Title: Member Data Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL

Industry: Hospital & Healthcare

Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (100% on-site)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is hiring for our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector that supports hospitals, healthcare systems, and industry professionals nationwide. They are dedicated to ensuring members’ needs are met through advocacy, policy development, and data-driven initiatives.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Member Data Specialist on a temporary contract. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and updating membership data to support organizational initiatives during a busy season.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately update and maintain membership records within the CRM system following established procedures.
Assist with data cleaning tasks to ensure information is current and reliable for organizational use.
Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and workflows.
Conduct outreach to obtain missing information and ensure data integrity.
Professionally communicate with members and stakeholders as needed.
Perform independent research to verify and update records.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with data entry and database management.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
Prior experience with CRM software or in a contact center/association environment is a plus.
