HR Advisor - 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Peterborough - Hybrid
£200 per day

This role provides high-quality HR support and guidance across the business. You'll manage a range of complex employee relations issues, support organisational initiatives, and act as a trusted partner to line managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide commercially focused, practical HR advice to managers and employees
Manage complex ER cases including performance, absence, grievances, and investigations
Coach and support managers to help reduce formal ER cases and mitigate risk
Support company-wide initiatives such as performance management, benefits, and organisational change
Guide and support TUPE transfers, ensuring legal compliance
Help promote talent and capability building across the business unit
Review and suggest improvements to policies and procedures
Partner with the ER Manager to ensure alignment and best practice
Some UK travel may be required

Required Experience & Skills:

CIPD-qualified or equivalent degree
Significant HR generalist experience supporting large employee populations (500+)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and case law
Demonstrated experience in absence management, performance, TUPE, grievances, and investigations
Ability to manage projects and deliver HR initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience with HRIS (Workday desirable)
