My highly successful and well regarded Estate Agency client is looking to add to their in-house Mortgage Services team and are looking for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to join them in their Ashford office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Mortgage Adviser:

ؠNurturing relationships with the Estate Agency team, providing training and support

ؠMaximising the opportunity from internal leads

ؠProvide mortgage and protection advice to clients

ؠDeliver exceptional customer service

ؠGenerate your own new business opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Mortgage and Protection Advisor:

ؠCeMAP level 1 or industry equivalent qualification is essential

ؠExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal

ؠA Full UK driving licence and access to your own business appropriate vehicle

ؠExperience of delivering exceptional results

My client is paying a base salary of up to 28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be (phone number removed).
