Systems Manager

Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)

Day Rate - £350 - £400 per day

Inside IR35

6 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert across various systems, including Dynamics 365, and Web Applications, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Oversee ServiceNow tickets, triaging system faults and working with IT to prioritise and resolve issues.
Manage the request for change process, logging requirements, and collaborating with the IT Department.
Support system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business process maps and guides are current.

Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in planning and managing User Acceptance Testing.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Familiarity with project governance and experience in project-based work.
