Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Alameda, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally website and email marketing.
Plus if they have experience in paid media.
The person ideally has experience with AEM, Adobe Experience Manager.
They'll be working on the E2E Experience of our digital portal platform and HCP website.
So this includes content strategy and road mapping features and functions of the platform.
Overseeing E2E performance from traffic, engagement, conversion and optimizations.
Collaboration with our IT teams, Commercial Excellence teams, Agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Ensuring website and portal align with branding, marketing, campaigns, and launches.
Development and leading A/B Testing, QA Testing, User Acceptance Testing - Operational Excellence: documentation and maintenance of several user flows and scenarios.
Ideal: strong understanding of UI/UX principles and Plus if they have graphic design capabilities
MUST Have ~ Website Marketing exp.
Top 3 Skills:
A worker with website digital marketing.
Have experience with UAT or QA test skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
Requires knowledge of enterprise-wide systems, Internet technologies, and experience with developing and implementing various digital marketing strategies and programs.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or IT Master's Degree: MBA Leads the development of digital marketing strategies to support Abbott's business via the Internet, extranet, multi-media and e-commerce.
Leads the development of cross-division, cross-site marketing features and functions.
Identifies opportunities to expand marketing innovation and to effectively leverage existing capabilities across divisions
Monitors consumer behavior and conducts marketing research to yield actionable insights to help shape strategy and direction
Develop and manage SEO programs with a focus on defining and improving the total value of the Abbott online portfolio
Manages the execution of short and long-term objectives and tactical plans for marketing Abbott corporate and cross-division programs
Manages the implementation of multi-channel programs.
Educates, trains and promotes digital marketing with corporate and divisional marketing managers and design agencies
Maintains knowledge of key drivers, factors and services needed to effectively position brands digitally.
Understands business requirements, industry trends, competitive landscape and technology trends.
Provides guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders on processes and tasks for digital marketing strategies
Partners with organizations, communities, and teams to recommend/implement programs to achieve customer lifecycle management
Provides analysis of marketplace conditions, competitive intelligence, and digital opportunities to enhance business results
Identifies methods and design principles to create linkages across divisional marketing services to enable strategic alliance initiatives
Utilizes and develops methods for measuring market response to sites, products and digital marketing campaigns
Consults with divisions on corporate brand requirements to meet enterprise standards on digital touchpoints.
Evaluates emerging technologies to better position Abbott externally
Keeps abreast of trends and opportunities related to digital, translates opportunities into recommendations, Leads and manages the digital strategy for all Corporate Marketing digital assets, websites, and online tools.
Manage digital marketing programs, online training and marketing collateral.
Manages individual website strategies and tactical planning for corporate websites.
Monitors site performance and metrics.
Provides recommendations on future content and capability requirements to meet customer needs.
Manages enterprise digital marketing policies, programs and processes.
Defines implementation requirements and policy specifications to support enterprise-wide digital marketing objectives
Manages and defines Corporate Brand standards across the enterprise for digital channels
