Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Proofreader to support labeling review and documentation processes. Please note, this is not a Technical Writer or Editor position.
The Proofreader will be responsible for reviewing labeling components at various stages of development to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong command of the English language, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proofread and approve labeling change control documentation and related specifications.
- Review labeling content for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, and GMP standards.
- Communicate and coordinate labeling changes with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure labeling and associated documentation for new products or revisions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards throughout the documentation and labeling change control process.
- Rearrange priorities quickly to respond to urgent customer or business needs.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of professional proofreading experience with documentation.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, grammar, and proofreading best practices.
- Familiarity with proofreading style guides (preferred).
- Prior experience working within a change control system (helpful).
- Ability to problem-solve, manage projects, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, diverse environment.
- Capacity to proofread documents for extended periods with high accuracy.

- This is a 100% onsite position in Temecula, CA.
