Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer £33.98/hr (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35)

What You Will Do:

- Design and develop vehicle technical specifications and attributes across various architectures.

- Lead and resolve complex, multifunctional engineering challenges.

- Balance competing requirements to define optimal engineering solutions.

- Analyse current and future technologies, as well as competitor products, to influence strategic decisions.

- Coach, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals, fostering their development.

- Apply problem-solving techniques to tackle difficult and complex issues.

What You Will Bring:

- Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional vehicle systems.

- Enthusiasm for vehicle development and a passion for innovation.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and present technical information effectively.

- Good IT literacy, including proficiency with presentations and spreadsheets.

- A full UK driving licence.
