To assist with the management and issuance of tools and materials Maintain stock and inventory records and conduct periodic checks Track jobs in progress and completed and ensure they are passed to Accts to be invoices Assist and coordinate re preparation of deliverables for clients’ jobs and events Cashing of company cheques at the bank and delivery/collection of cheques and materials as necessary Coordinate distributorship phone calls to maintain brand awareness Create / maintain spreadsheets as necessary Any other associated activities as assigned by Managing Director The ideal candidate MUST possess Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Spreadsheets O’Level Math and English A passes Good communication skills Able to meet timelines for deliverables At least five (5) years of related experience A valid Driver’s Licence (Heavy T- class 4 would be an asset) Starting Salary: TT$6,000 Coordinator
