Infrastructure Systems Trainer
Location: Kent
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Duration: 3 Months initial contract
P?ay Rate: £150 per day
We are delighted to be supporting our client with a 'infrastructure Systems Trainer'. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that staff across infrastructure and associated services are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively use business systems.
This role is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes - both in-person and online - that support the rollout, transition, and ongoing use of digital tools and systems. The sucessful candidate will always provide high-quality training materials and documentation.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Supporting the broader strategic aims of infrastructure by enabling staff to maximise system capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and deliver customer-focused services.
- Plan the programme of training courses to infrastructure and school staff in line with current course outlines in a mixture of online and in-person courses.
- Review and evaluate training courses, identifying, and recommending to the Systems Development Lead where changes to courses and documentation need to take place.
- Collate and evaluate staff skill audits to identify training needs. Deliver timely and robust training using varied methods to support staff development.
Key Person Specification:
- Level 4 qualification or equivalent and/or experience in relevant environment is required.
- Proven experience of providing excellent executive support to senior managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt the communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
