As an Organizational Transformation Manager, you will lead the agile leadership transformation across the highest levels of the organization, including C-level and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will act as a strategic enabler and trusted advisor, working closely with the Transformation Office, Change Lead, and Agile Coaches to drive the adoption of business agility at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Coach C-level and ELT leaders in agile leadership, decision-making, and systems thinking to foster an empowered culture
Co-design and implement the agile transformation roadmap with the Change Lead, ensuring strategic alignment
Guide senior leadership in portfolio-level agility, OKR alignment, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and systemic design sessions to reinforce agile principles
Advise on governance, funding, and operating models that support lean delivery and autonomous decision-making
Partner with Agile Coaches and ELT to align strategic intent with execution
Develop executive coaching plans, metrics, and feedback loops to track transformation progress
Build psychological safety and trust through empathetic and emotionally intelligent communication
Provide thought leadership and hands-on guidance from previous large-scale transformations
Mentor internal senior agile coaches to ensure long-term sustainability and reduce reliance on external support

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
12+ years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in coaching executive leadership in agile values and cultural transformation
Deep knowledge of agile/lean principles, complexity thinking, and systems design
Experience with frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels, adapted pragmatically
Skilled in portfolio planning, value stream mapping, organizational design (e.g., Team Topologies), and OKRs
Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level
Background in Product, Engineering, or Organizational Design is a plus
