We are seeking a
Senior Technology Service Delivery Lead to leverage deep expertise in ensuring the flawless execution of technology services for the critical Retail Branch channel, including banker facing and back office facing applications. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will apply your senior-level insights and hands-on contributions to shape and support our technology roadmaps. You will act as a vital team member, helping to translate complex business objectives into innovative, scalable, and secure IT solutions. Required Skills & Experience - Seasoned Professional: Proven experience (7+ years of progressive experience preferred) as a high-impact individual contributor in IT service delivery, with a strong track record of driving complex technology initiatives, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Demonstrated ability to provide significant input to strategic plans and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and solutions.
- Exceptional Communicator: Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
- Cloud & Architecture Savvy: Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of cloud transformation, platform-based architectures, and modern digital delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Proactive Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to independently identifying and resolving complex challenges.
- Financially Acumen: Experience with financial management principles, including supporting cost projections for technology projects encompassing hardware, software, labor, and vendor expenses, for forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
What You Will Be Doing - Strategic Technology Contribution: Contribute significantly to the long-term technology strategy and roadmap for our customer channels. You will leverage your expertise to identify, analyze, and champion technical advancements and improvements across existing applications and new platform designs.
- End-to-End Delivery Support & Resolution: Provide critical support, expert guidance, and hands-on contributions to ensure the smooth and successful execution of large, complex IT initiatives. You will proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve critical issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment and smooth coordination across stakeholders, product partners, and external vendors.
- Influential Partnership & Collaboration: Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with senior business and technology leaders across the organization. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, influencing strategic initiatives, modernization efforts (cloud transformation, platform-based architectures, digital-first mindset), and product roadmaps. Champion effective communication and foster a culture of cross-functional accountability and collaboration.
- Technical & Financial Guidance: Act as a primary technical liaison, providing deep subject matter expertise and guidance to architects, principal engineers, and application development teams on critical application roadmaps. You will support project cost projections for initiatives, including the estimation of hardware expenses, software licenses, engineering resource labor, and vendor costs, for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning purposes. You will also provide valuable input and analysis for overall financial tracking.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Drive continuous innovation and adoption of best practices within service delivery. You will focus on transforming our technology landscape through cloud adoption, building resilient platform-based architectures, and embedding a digital-first approach in every solution.
