We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in finance to join our team. The ideal consultant will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with essential certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA depending on experience level. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in data visualization and SQL, ensuring you can effectively interpret financial data and translate business needs into actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and improving financial processes and operations. Key responsibilities include:

Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
•
Interpreting financial data and generating insightful reports.
•
Designing and automating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
•
Mapping current processes to identify gaps and propose improvements.
•
Leading workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
•
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes.
•
Ensuring clear communication between business and IT stakeholders.
Key Requirements
•
Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
•
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications based on experience level).
•
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
•
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
•
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
•
Experience in business process modeling using BPMN or Visio.
•
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•
Understanding of financial KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Nice to Have
•
Experience with Business Process Modeling, Change Management, UI/UX Design Thinking.
•
Familiarity with complex tax regimes and indirect tax processes.
•
Awareness of commodity markets and regulatory compliance.
•
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
