Client Overview:

Our client is a leading global brand renowned for its premium beverage solutions. This company specializes in providing high-quality products accessible to all. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, they deliver a refined beverage experience for consumer and commercial use. Currently, they are looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$27/hr - $30/hr

Position Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator is crucial for ensuring a high level of professional service between customers and consumers. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for reporting to support a positive customer delivery experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail with Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookup. Power BI is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

Analyze data to determine ways the delivery process can be improved to create a better customer experience.
Create and present reports cross-functionally for multiple avenues for delivery.
Look for areas of improvement within the existing delivery processes or the ordering of replacement products.
Investigate and analyze data relating to complaints and returned or lost merchandise.
Serve as a liaison between transportation and customer service.
Prepare the end-of-month transportation file for accrual calculations and generate management reports.
Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement with suppliers, in particular during busy seasons.
Seek out opportunities to reduce customer dissatisfaction.
Review financials and trends and maintain an organized timeline of data.

Required Experience/Skills for the Logistics Coordinator:

1 - 3 years in a supply chain function with experience in continuous improvement or the product delivery experience with consumers.
Excel skills, including Pivot Table and VLookup experience, with an aptitude to pick up new technology quickly.
Professional communication skills and proven problem-solving ability.
Experience managing and reporting on data.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Logistics Coordinator:

Experience working with Power BI.
Experience working in a fast-paced CPG company.
ERP database management experience.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
