A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Technician. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire
Duration: 06-12 months
Location: Plano, TX 75074 As a Facilities Technician, you will:
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
• Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of applicable standards or regulations and may require specific trade certifications. Ideal candidate will have • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $20-$23 per hour.
