Facilities Technician with Security Clearance

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Technician. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire
Duration: 06- 12months Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite/ 1st shift) As a Facilities Technician you will be responsible for:
• Moving production benches and office furniture. • Complete setup and teardown for events and meetings. • Escort vendors who perform onsite work. • Conducting routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary. • Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. • Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
• Handling basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
• Using experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements.
• Advising manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken. Ideal candidates will:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC technician). • Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians. Preferred Skills:
• HVAC, Electrical , Plumbing & Carpentry
• HAZMAT

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $25-$28 per hour.
