Title: Program Manager

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Compensation: Contract | $65–$75/hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description

A large public sector organization is seeking a Program Manager to support multiple high-impact technology initiatives. This role oversees several application development projects, ensuring alignment with strategy, on-time delivery, and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

·Lead and coordinate multiple projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

·Provide program roadmaps and align goals with organizational strategy.

·Mentor and guide teams, fostering collaboration and performance.

·Manage vendors and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

·Oversee risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·Proven experience managing enterprise application development programs.

·Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
