Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting client interactions, appointment scheduling, and overall service coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to current and prospective clients.
- Handle approximately 20–30 calls per hour while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Schedule service appointments
- Support business development efforts by contacting clients within the regional service area.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to meeting team performance goals.
- Work collaboratively with dispatchers and the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of customer service experience required.
- Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industries is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high call volume with excellent phone etiquette.
- Dependable with strong punctuality and attendance.
- Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite, 40 hours/week).
- Contract through the end of September, with potential for extension or hire.
