Santander Administrator

Contract: 3-month fixed term, with potential for extension.
Pay Rate: 12.60 per hour
Location: Bradford, BD1 5AN. Hybrid Working: Based on the needs of the business. Up to 2 days working from home. Flexibility is key and you may be needed to work in the office full-time occasionally.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Training: 2 weeks of comprehensive, office-based training.
Start Date: 15th September 2025 - subject to successful completion of vetting.
Please note: This role is only suitable for candidates with immediate availability.

Are you detail-oriented and ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for Administrators to join a dynamic back-office team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to essential operations in a hybrid working environment.

As an Administrator, you'll support key processes behind the scene. Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping customers and the bank safe by accurately managing information and processes.
Letter writing
Processing ISAs and other financial documentation.
Assisting customers in navigating the process of closing their accounts smoothly.
Inputting information into our systems and onto cheques with precision.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable handling sensitive information
Reliable internet connection (speed will be checked during application)

Vetting Requirements:

Proof of Right to Work in the UK
Proof of National Insurance
Proof of Address (dated within the last 3 months)
3 years of referencing details (Blue Arrow will apply for these)
DBS Check (processed by Blue Arrow)
Credit Check
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement
