Computer Graphics Generalist

A fast-growing creative and technical team is seeking a highly skilled CG Generalist to support the production of next-generation immersive video content. This is a multidisciplinary role suited to someone with a strong background in Commercial, TV, or Film – especially those with experience working on stereoscopic or 3D projects.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who’s confident working autonomously and collaboratively across a wide range of tasks. You’ll contribute across the full CG pipeline, from early concept work through to compositing and delivery, often working with new or in-development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation of immersive video experiences from concept through to final output
Contribute across modeling, layout, surfacing, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing
Work within evolving workflows and tools, providing feedback as needed
Collaborate with internal teams or external creative partners, depending on the project
Maintain organized files and consistent project structures in line with studio standards
Estimate and manage your own workload efficiently within production timelines

Key Requirements:

7+ years of professional experience in a CG Generalist role
Strong understanding of the CG pipeline and technical workflows
Proven experience working on stereoscopic or immersive content
Proficiency in key tools including:
- Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender
- Nuke, After Effects
- Redshift, Substance Painter/Designer
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- Game engines (e.g., Unreal or Unity)
Solid grasp of animation fundamentals and color theory
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Familiarity with Deadline or other render management systems is a plus
