Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6+ month contract opportunity located in Houston, TX. This role is hybrid, with the specific schedule to be decided after hire.

About the Role
Seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join the Contact Center team. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer support across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the CSR function, has a strong customer-first mindset, and thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
As a CSR, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers—supporting product inquiries, processing orders, providing quotes, and assisting with warranty and billing issues.
Core Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Provide accurate part, pump, and motor price quotes.
Process customer orders and change requests in the ERP-LX Order Entry system.
Maintain and update the Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database.
Assist with warranty claim processing and credit/no-charge requests.
Provide order status updates and prepare customer communication folders.
Support Sales teams with customer-related activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 Customer Service procedures.
Perform tasks related to export compliance.
Handle other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a Contact Center environment.
Familiarity with multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, SMS) required.
Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
Entry-level candidates only – not seeking supervisory or senior-level applicants.
Candidates should demonstrate interest in growing within the CSR function.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or some college preferred.
1–3 years of customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.

Pay Rate- $ 16.55 - $27.59/ hour
