Residential Services Manager - Individual Homeless Services

Are you interested in a position that will make a difference in your life and the lives of others? Community Teamwork is seeking a Residential Services Manager who will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of a shelter site office that services homeless individuals as well as our Triage and Diversion program. This position oversees the scheduling of staff, communication with property and case management teams, and support for staff who work at these locations.

We offer:

Salary: starting at $70,000

37.5 hour work week (paid for 40 hours). Schedule: M-F 10am-6pm

Responsibilities include:

Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling is met on a daily basis for four 24/7 shelter offices
Develop strategies to identify barriers and improve services
Direct supervision of all shelter staff including recruitment, supervision, evaluation and improvement development plans. Assign, monitor and evaluate staff work schedules and assignments
Work closely with case managers to provide best possible service to individuals
Assist with orientation and training of new and existing staff
Under the direction of the Director, ensure compliance with shelter standards, regulations, and rules

Qualifications include:

High School Diploma & 3 Years' experience in a Human service related field
Knowledge of individual systems and dynamics in providing services
Understanding case management functions and how they relate to an individual's progress
Strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent Customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software
Strong decision-making skills and excellent crisis management skills
Ability to work some days and evening shifts
Ability to work one weekend day per week required
Driver's License required
