HRIS Business Analyst

For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Workforce Management Business Analyst focusing on UKG Workforce Pro migration.

As the HRIS Business Analyst, you will support the team in the European migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management across multiple countries. You will act as the link between the international project team, central HRIS, and in-country HR and Payroll teams, ensuring smooth process alignment, requirements gathering, testing, and adoption.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Gather and document country-specific and legal HR & Payroll requirements
* Participate in design sessions for system integrations with IT and vendors
* Create and maintain design documentation and frameworks for in-country processes
* Support testing activities, including scenario creation, execution, and defect management
* Act as subject matter expert for Workforce Management processes during migration and hypercare
* Assist with data migration, training, and adoption activities

Profile:

* Background within HRIS Business Analysis or similar
* 5+ years of work experience, preferably in an international environment
* Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management
* Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes and HR cloud solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors)
* Experience within the retail sector would be a plus
* Fluent in English (Dutch is preferred)

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)
Hours per week: 32-38
Salary indication/Hourly rate: (based on experience)
