Project Manager HR

As the HR Project Manager, you will support the team in managing and delivering multiple international HR projects, with a strong focus on HR technology implementations and optimizing recruitment processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution within agreed timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Manage international HR projects from initiation to delivery
* Drive implementation, communication, and change management activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions
* Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting

Profile:

* Background within HR Project Management or similar
* 7+ years of work experience in an international, multi-cultural environment
* Experience with HR system implementation projects
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
* Experience within the retail sector would be a plus
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Project:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)
Hours per week: full-time
Salary indication/Hourly rate: (based on experience)
