The path to becoming language agnostic is a difficult but highly rewarding one. With the limited opportunities to gain experience with other languages in production, it can be difficult to truly create that expertise that comes from consistent progression in production.

This opportunity can fast-track you to that prestigious language agnostic pedestal. With a large training budget, you will have the chance to learn any language you choose, but it doesn't stop there! Luckily for the platform's sake, they are not working with every single language under the sun, but there is a whole range for you to sink your teeth into. You will join working with your predominant language but will have the chance to gain production experience in other teams working with Golang, C#, TypeScript, Erlang, Elixir, .NET, and a whole bunch more. This experience, on such a large scale platform, will get you the language agnostic badge in no time!

The company is an industry leader (genuinely, I know you have probably seen that phrase coined in thousands of adverts with no substance) and has just started an ambitious new project to build a platform capable of assisting this company in their market conquest in North America. This project involves early stage migration to cloud on a platform that has up to 29 million transactions per day.

As a Software Developer, you will be building microservices and applications for the platform, migrating code from one language to the next, and dockerizing the applications in anticipation of a containerized environment. With your inevitable progression, you will receive a very large bonus to reward you for your hard work.
