Job Title: Recruiting Associate - Contract

Location: Chicago, IL

Industry: Professional Services

Compensation: $22 to $25/hr

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. First few weeks fully in-office (at manager’s discretion), then hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:

The Recruiting Associate will support the staffing team by managing data, running reports, and assisting with resource allocation across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone with an HR background who enjoys balancing people interaction with strong analytical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Track staffing demand across current and upcoming projects.
Enter and maintain data in staffing and scheduling tools to ensure accuracy.
Partner with staffing leads to allocate resources effectively.
Run and distribute standard staffing and utilization reports.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and highlight trends or exceptions to leadership.
Maintain data integrity through audits and regular system updates.
Support overall team operations with reporting, analysis, and coordination.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of HR, staffing, or related professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presence and ability to work with employees at all levels.
