Addison Group is hiring for our client, a global leader in the hospitality industry, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Coordinator to support high-level strategic initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is excited to collaborate with both domestic and international teams.

Job Description:

This role will support a team responsible for driving global partnerships and integration efforts across multiple business initiatives. The Coordinator will play a critical role in organizing priorities, managing logistics, and supporting communication across departments and stakeholders. This position is fully onsite at our client’s downtown Chicago headquarters and requires full-time, weekday availability during Central Time hours, with occasional flexibility for international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide project coordination support for multiple ongoing initiatives
Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and travel planning for international and cross-functional teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level updates for project stakeholders
Maintain accurate project files and ensure teams have access to necessary documentation
Track deadlines and follow up on key deliverables to ensure project timelines are met
Facilitate communication between internal teams, third parties, and external partners

Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a professional, executive setting
Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams or working on global projects is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel; familiarity with project management software is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with excellent attention to detail and time management

Additional Details:

This is a contract role with an immediate start date
Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday – Friday optional remote
