Job Description: Technical Sales / Solutions Engineer
Are you a client-facing, technically fluent professional who thrives at the intersection of enterprise sales and solution engineering ? We are seeking a Technical Sales / Solutions Engineer to work with leading enterprise and public sector clients (MCIT, DGA, PIF portfolio, etc.), bridging customer needs and product capabilities for our AI-native platform.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-6+ years in B2B technical sales or solutions engineering
- Background:
- Experience with enterprise clients, ideally in the Saudi public sector (MCIT, DGA, PIF portfolio, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude (APIs, workflows, access control, etc.)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to act as a bridge between customer requirements and product capabilities
- Experience leading product demos, supporting pilots, and interfacing with procurement teams
- Ability to collect technical requirements and guide onboarding
- Experience supporting RFP responses, SoW development, and commercial alignment
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Saudi public sector procurement cycles
- Arabic speaker (not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between customer requirements and product capabilities
- Lead product demos, support pilots, and interface with procurement teams
- Work with the solutioning team to collect technical requirements and guide onboarding
- Support RFP responses, SoW development, and commercial alignment
- Translate business needs into technical onboarding plans
- Work closely with GTM & Solutioning teams to ensure successful client engagements
Tech Stack Overview:
- Infrastructure: GCP-native, Kubernetes-based microservices
- Tools: Postman, Swagger, internal sandboxes for demos
- CRM: HubSpot, Notion-based playbooks
