Contract Duration: 3-6+ Months
Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of intermediate experience with backend Java application development.
Must be strong in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Experience with SQL (basic queries, stored procedures)
Understanding of CI/CD concepts, basic knowledge of Version Control (Git)
Business knowledge of Financial Markets, and Back Office function.
Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

Programming & frameworks: Hibernate, Java EE
Databases: Oracle, Mongo DB
DevOps & Tools: JIRA, CI/CD tools
Messaging & Cloud experience: Kafka, ECS. Dockers, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Exposure to financial markets / services domain

What You Will Be Doing

Will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting backend applications, with a strong focus on Java and microservices.
Will contribute to system analysis, programming, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions in coordination with the technology team.
Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using java and related technologies.
Build and support microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with business requirements.
Perform application testing, debugging, and security/vulnerability assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Provide technical support, resolve complex issues, and ensure smooth deployments.
Operate with limited supervision, exercise independent judgment, and mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
