12-Month Contract | Remote – EST | US Based

Our client, a global leader in technology and innovation, is seeking an Editorial Engagement Specialist to join their Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising team. This role is ideal for someone who can design and sustain strategies that grow and engage a worldwide retail audience.

As part of this team, you’ll build strategic frameworks and introduce new engagement experiences for internal teams across the globe. You’ll play a key role in refining and optimizing communication, training, and content strategies across multiple tools and touchpoints.

This position requires someone who can leverage analytics to track engagement, develop strategic plans for future formats, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, flexible, and innovative professional who has a strong grasp of digital trends and thrives in fast-paced, global environments.

Key Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, training, education, and/or internal engagement.
Ability to use analytics tools to guide real-time decisions and inform future content strategies.
Knowledge of social media best practices, account management, or SEO concepts to grow readership.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
