We're looking for a motivated and ambitious B2B Sales Executive to join our growing fuel distribution team in Bury. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll build and manage customer relationships, drive new business, and grow existing accounts.
Whether you're an experienced salesperson or looking to start a career in B2B sales, we'll provide full training, clear progression, and all the support you need to succeed.
This is not just another sales job - it's a long-term career opportunity in a stable and rewarding industry. Most of our top performers hit their stride in year 2 and beyond, achieving £45k+ OTE and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
- Make a minimum of 55 outbound sales calls per day
- Provide competitive fuel quotes and close sales
- Process orders and deliveries using our CRM system
- Deliver excellent after-sales service and account management
- Hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Attributes
- Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, call centre, recruitment, hospitality, etc.)
- Confident communicator with strong phone skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
- IT-literate (CRM experience is a plus)
